PhiStruct

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

PhiStruct the app is fully offline. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data on any server, for any purpose. This page also covers the marketing website, which is separate from the app.

The app — what we collect

Nothing. Specifically:

Camera

Optional AR build uses the device camera so you can place a model on a table and tap holes to add struts. Camera frames are processed only on your device and are never stored, uploaded, or sent anywhere. You can leave AR at any time; the rest of the app does not use the camera.

Where your data lives

Every model you build, and every project you save, is stored only in the app's local storage on your own device. It never leaves your device unless you choose to export it (as a PNG, GLB, STL, or a .json project file) and share or save that file yourself through the operating system's normal share/save sheet. That export is entirely under your control — PhiStruct never uploads it anywhere.

Children's privacy

PhiStruct is a general-audience geometry construction tool, not a service directed at children. Since the app collects no data at all from any user, there is no personal information gathered from children to protect.

This website

The marketing site (these pages) uses Umami Cloud, a cookie-free analytics service, to count page views and App Store button clicks. Umami does not set advertising cookies, does not fingerprint you for ads, and is not loaded inside the PhiStruct app. We send the page URL, referrer, browser type, and which download button was clicked so we can tell whether a Discord post or a Reddit thread is doing anything.

You can use the app without ever visiting this website. Turning on a browser's tracking-prevention or blocking cloud.umami.is has no effect on the app.

Third parties

The app does not share data with third parties, because it does not collect any. The marketing site sends the counts above to Umami Software, Inc., which hosts Umami Cloud.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds an optional cloud feature — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above before that feature ships.
